Admission Procedure :
Go to the official webpage,click on apply Now option in home page.

Choose Application Type,click on apply now button,then fill the application form.

Application Management screen will be displayed,Returning users click on login button and First-time users click on Create an account to start a new application button.

Announcements :
** We are currently accepting freshman applications for fall and summer 2019.
** Please note that supporting documents, including the essay, resume, SSAR, and test scores, may be uploaded on the Application Status Check after the application has been submitted.

** Students submitting a Coalition application or Common App must wait two business days before being able to access the Application Status Check.

Deadlines & Fees

The Office of Admissions must receive all of the information used to make an admission decision by the published deadlines.

There are two deadlines with corresponding decision dates for summer and fall terms.

Application Fee :
** Florida State University’s freshman application fee is $30.
** Both the Common App and Coalition application carry an additional $5 processing fee.
** Students qualifying for a CollegeBoard, ACT, or NACAC college application fee waiver will have their application fee and any processing fee waived.

Application Process

Apply online in one of three ways :
1. our institutional application
2. The Common Application
or
3. The Coalition application.
** Students should only submit one application.

Login Details :
1. Enter User Id
2. Enter Your Password
3. Click on Login Button.

Submit the following items on the Application Status Check by the application deadline :
** Self-report all ACT and/or SAT test scores.
** Link your SSAR by copying the 32-character code from your SSAR account.
** Choose one essay question and upload your essay.
** Upload one resume.
** Complete the Residency Declaration for Tuition Purposes form.
** Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), using the IRS Data-Retrieval Tool.
** The FAFSA should be submitted no later than December 1 for priority consideration for financial aid.
** Please note that letters of recommendation are not required and will not be used in the decision-making process.

Application Status Check

Log on to the Application Status Check regularly to monitor the status of your application materials.

Students who have submitted a Coalition or Common application will receive an email within two business days after submission with instructions on how to activate their account and access the Application Status Check.
