Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, prior to shipping, depending on carrier cut-off times. Same day shipping is not guaranteed on any order.

** ASICS offers FREE standard delivery on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged $10 for standard shipping . We ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays.
** To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
** Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information.
CARRIER INFORMATION :
Orders ship Canada Post. P.O. Box and APO/FPO shipments are serviced solely by standard ground Priority Mail through Canada Post. No expedited services are available.
BILLING AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS :
To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank may result in delays to your order. ASICS Canada is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrectly entered billing information.
CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS :
** Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. ASICS Canada Returns Policy
FREE & EASY RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise purchased on asics.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:
** Merchandise was purchased on asics.com. We do not accept returns from ASICS stores or other authorized retailers.
** Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as:
** All tags still attached to product.
** Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
** Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
** Return shipment must include the packing slip.
** Reason for return must be indicated.
** Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser. Returns can only be completed in the country where the product was purchased.
RETURNS PROCESS :
** You will need your email address used to place your order and the order confirmation number to start the return process. This can be found on your order confirmation email. Please use the “Start a Return” button to initiate your return process and receive a free pre-paid ASICS return shipping label.
** Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for us to receive and process your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it.
** ASICS is not able to accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than asics.com. To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased.
** ASICS Canada reserves the right to make adjustments to the return policy.

Bring your items to any ASICS store or ASICS outlet store in Canada for easy, free returns.
1. Bring proof of purchase – order confirmation page, order details page, or order email. ASICS will issue a refund to the original source of payment. If the items were shipped to you, please note that shipping is not refundable. To find the closest store, use our store locator .

HOW DO I USE/REDEEM A PROMOTION CODE?
If you have an ASICS promotion code, you can enter it while viewing your shopping cart.
Click the “VIEW CART” button
Locate the “PROMOTIONAL CODE” box above “SUBTOTAL”
Enter the promo code in the box using capital letters and including dashes
Click “Apply”
** The promotion code discount will be reflected in the TOTAL amount and below each eligible product if the code is accepted.
** If you are having issues with the promotion code, review the terms and conditions to ensure the code can be applied to the specific product(s) you are purchasing.
** You may also contact our Customer Care team at customercare-can[AT]asics.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we are unable to apply the promotion code after the order has been placed.
HOW DO I CANCEL/MODIFY AN ORDER?
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. WHEN IS PAYMENT CAPTURED?
When placing an order, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your card for the full total of your order. The purpose of a pre-authorization is to verify your card is valid and your account balance is sufficient. Please be assured, this is not an actual charge.
Once your order ships, the hold will be removed and the full amount of your order will be charged to your credit card. If the order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded in 3-5 business days, depending your bank. If some of the items in your order were cancelled, then you will be refunded for the items that were cancelled.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once received, please allow up to two business days for your return to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. It may take longer for the change to reflect in your monthly printed statement, up to two billing cycles.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY SHOES?
** ASICS suggests cleaning your ASICS shoes with a shoe cleaner and a soft cloth/brush, or surface clean using cold water and a mild detergent.
** Avoid storing your ASICS shoes in an extremely hot environment or under extreme sunlight.
** Do not use a washing machine or dryer to clean your ASICS shoes.
Why do we use RFID technology in some of our products?
ASICS applies RFID tags to some products for operational efficiency and product management. The RFID tags do not carry or store any personal data which could identify individual customers to us. We only store product specific information such as the product code on the RFID tag. This information is not linked to a customer, or to customer transactions.
