How to Track YETI Order Status?

To Track Order Status follow the below steps,
Steps :
See your order even if you are not a registered user. Enter the order number, the email address from the order, and the billing address postal code.
Step-1 : Go to the https://www.yeti.ca/order-track
Step-2 : Enter Order Number Enter
Step-3 : Enter Order Email
Step-4 : Enter Billing postal code
Step-45 : Click on “Check Status” Button.

FAQ on YETI

Where is my order?
You can check your domestic order status and details by using our Order Status Form or by logging in to your account. Please keep in mind that customized product will ship separately.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your order. Please note, there is a short window of time (up to 1 hour) after order placement when your order can be cancelled. Simply navigate to order history inside your account, or visit the order status link here. We are unable to cancel orders after this window has passed. If you need to submit a return for a non-customized product, please visit our self-service return portal here.

How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. For non-customized products please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-7 business days. For customized product, including collegiate and prepared designs, processing can range from 1-2 weeks. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

How will my order ship if I’ve ordered both customized and non-customized product?
Orders with customized and non-customized product will ship separately. Customized product has additional processing time and will be shipped once completed.

Why Was My Custom Order Cancelled?
YETI reserves the right to cancel any orders that contain an image or text that is offensive, political, or subject to copyright protection. Orders that are canceled will be refunded within 5-7 days.

Will I receive a notification or a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included.

How do I find an authorized YETI Dealer?
We have several dealers throughout the United States and worldwide. Use our store locator to find one nearest you. Please note, customization is only available through YETI.com

Does YETI sell product on eBay?
Authentic YETI product, which comes with a full product warranty, is available on eBay through YETI’s authorized storefront.

Does YETI sell product on Amazon?
Authentic YETI product, which comes with a full product warranty, is available on Amazon through YETI’s authorized reseller “YETI Authorized”.

Can’t find the product you are looking for or it’s out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can enter your email address and be notified as soon as that product is back in stock. Simply enter your email address in the notification box after you select the product and size/color you would like to purchase. Once that product is available you will receive an email letting you know. You can also check with local dealers in your area.

What is YETI’s Price Adjustment Policy?
We do not offer credits or refunds for price adjustments and will not price match competitors or dealers.

Can I buy a gift card?
No. YETI Gift Cards are not available for purchase at this time.
YETI gift cards are only available as replacement options for customers who have returned their recalled Hopper M20, Hopper M30 (1.0 and 2.0), and SideKick Dry Gear Case as part of our Voluntary Product Safety Recall.

Where do I enter a promotion code?
Once you add your YETI items to your shopping cart, you can enter your promo code under View Cart or on the Check Out page under the Payment section. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order.

Our Shipping Policy :
We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your YETI gear to good use sooner. YETI offers free Standard shipping on all qualified orders for YETI account holders or on orders $50.00 and up for non-account holders.

All shipping estimates are based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping Options & Rates :
The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options. Express service is not available in select Atlantic Provinces (NS, NL) and Territories (NT, YT, NU).

YETI uses Standard service on all shipments unless otherwise noted or Express service is selected by the customer. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing and an additional 1-7 business days for you order to arrive based on your location and products orders. Shipping to a Military Address :
YETI ships CanadaPost CFPS for all shipments designated for APO, FPO, or military addresses.

Our Return Policy :
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
