Walmart Canada Return Policy
** We’re extending our return policy on all items purchased on March 14, 2020 onwards.
** These items are eligible for an additional 30 days above our typical guidelines.
** Other temporary changes:
** We’re not accepting bulk returns of more than 3 of the same item.
We’re not accepting returns for any of the following items and any of these items purchased after June 1, 2020 will be final sale

** Items without a receipt
** We’re accepting returns on opened packages/boxes again.
All merchandise may be refunded or exchanged within 120 days, providing the receipt accompanies the product, except for the following
45 days:
** Computers, tablets & e-readers, laptops, monitors, printers, camcorders, digital cameras, GPS units, wearable tech, video game consoles & handhelds, video computer games, wireless prepaid phones, and 15 day contract post-paid phones.
** Subject to applicable legislation.

Televisions, DVD players & recorders, home & portable audio systems, portable video players, telephones, containing flammable components, tents, pools, air conditioners, MP3 players, iPod, iTouch, pre-recorded music, movies, software products, ink cartridges, disposable contact lenses, drones with DPS function, outdoor power equipment.
Final sale:
Prescription medication, gift cards, pre-paid phone cards, ammunition, fireworks, digital downloads, Clearance (except for private brand labels), pierced earrings, special order jewellery, photo custom services, all undergarments, all swimwear & cover-ups, personal care items, sexual wellness & family planning, items without a receipt, headphones & earphones, air mattresses & sleeping bags, trading & collector cards, and face masks.
How Do I Submit A Refund Request For A Grocery Item?
We’re sorry if you experienced an issue with your recent online grocery order! Follow these simple steps below to submit a refund request.
Registered customers — If you have a Walmart.ca account and your delivery was within 3 days, there’s an easy way to request a refund for an item.
Please follow steps 1 to 5 below.
Guest customers – If you don’t have a Walmart.ca account and checked out as a guest, please create an account.
Once you’ve registered your account, you can easily submit a refund request using steps 1 to 5 below.
** Sign in to your Walmart.ca account.
** Select the order from which you’d like to request an item for refund and click “Order History”.
** Select “Request refund” under the Order Information area.
** Choose the item(s) you’d like to request a refund for and select the reason for return.
** Once you have selected “Continue,” your refund request has been submitted. You’ll receive an email from us confirming your refund request has been received. Within 48 hours our Customer Service team will review the request and, if approved, send a final refund confirmation at which time a credit can be issued to your original method of payment. Once the refund is applied, the funds will appear in your account between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note, if purchases were made in part using an eVoucher or promo code, we are unable to refund or reapply the eVoucher or promo code.
