How To Return Your Vita Interiors Order?

To Return Your Vita Interiors Order, the procedure are given below
Return Packaging:
All returned goods must be packaged the same way the item was received as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you need to return the goods.

Please note: That it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in the same condition and packaging that you received them. Items without packaging will not be accepted by our delivery partners due to Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. Once arrived back at our warehouse our team will assess every item that is returned to us. If the product is not returned in its original condition or packaging, a striking fee of 50% of the full product price (before any discounts) will be deducted from your refund.

​Faulty Or Damaged Items:
If any goods arrive damaged, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately. Photos needed are as follows:

External and Internal images of the packaging and damage to the item itself. Fail to do so management has the right to move forward with the matter they see fit. This must be reported to the either the delivery driver or within 5 business days of the delivery to management. Please contact Vita Interiors as soon as possible if this has occurred with your Name & Order Number via email at info [AT] vitainteriors [DOT] com [DOT] au or send a text message with images to our Customer Service on 0422 552 687 including your Name and Order Number.** Faulty or damaged claims reported outside this period will then have to be assessed by our management further and will be decided at our discretion moving forward.

You may also contact or attend the store where you collected your goods, and a store staff member will assist you with any return. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.
Where Goods are already damaged on delivery, Vita Interiors requires photographic evidence of the damage to be e-mailed to info [AT] vitainteriors.com.au before authorizing return of the Goods.
Vita Interiors will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to our warehouse and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or a refund of the price to you. In some cases, if the customer chooses to receive a full refund to reduce our carbon footprint we might ask of you to dispose of the item otherwise damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

Please note: If the item is deemed faulty or damaged and is required to be exchanged it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange shipping of the item back to our store outside 7 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after this time. ​Should a pickup be required, a charge will apply. Your original delivery fee will not be refunded.

​The following items are excluded from our Return Policy:
** Upholstered furniture products;
** Clearance and sale products;
** Products sold as floor stock or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product;
** Any ex-display items purchased from our showroom
** Any item that is not in re-sellable condition
** Any shipping fees paid for the delivery of your items are not refundable
** Gift Cards

Cancelling an Order:
We may cancel all or any part of an Order (including any Orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:

a. Product in that Order is not available;
b. There is an error in the features, specifications or price of a product posted on the website or from our supplier for a product in that Order; or
c. We reasonably believe your Order has been placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

On cancellation of an order, we will refund your payment to you only if the order has not be placed or is in process with our supplier or shipment. If we cannot stop the shipment of the Order at the time of cancellation you will incur the shipment/delivery fee being $99 (Melbourne Metro area Only) and this will be deducted from your original payment method prior to a refund being issued. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Vita Interiors reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods prior to providing an exchange, store credit or refund.
This may result in an exchange, credit or refund being refused.

Please note:
** Your original Vita Interiors register receipt is the best form of proof of purchase.
** For online orders your order number and confirmation email and or invoice sent to you is also acceptable as proof of purchase.
** If you are approved for a refund, once processed a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Delivery Cost

Small Items:
Will be delivered through Australia Post and delivery will cost no more than $40.
Melbourne: customers that spend over $150 that are within a 50km radius from our store will receive free delivery.
Outside of that email us at info [AT] vitainteriors.com.au and we can organise a quote for you.

Medium To Large Items:
Melbourne: customers that spend over $150 that are within a 50km radius from our store will receive free delivery. Outside of that email us at info [AT] vitainteriors.com.au and we can organise a quote for you with our own shipping team.
Interstate: Shipping rates for oversized and bulky items including but not limited to lighting, furniture, artwork, large baskets and some fragile items, will be quoted to you separately upon purchase.

** It must be acknowledged that shipping will be provided in a separate quote and our standard shipping does won’t apply to some products.
** Online customers will be sent a consignment number to track their delivery if you are purchasing interstate.
** Otherwise, confirmation of dispatch of your items will be sent to the customer via an SMS message, phone call or email message.

Please note: Delivery or shipping cost will not be refunded.
