Delivery & Returns of ULAN Skincare Order

The Delivery & Returns of ULAN Skincare Order are given below,

Delivery:
**ULAN delivers across New Zealand via courier.
**You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details when your parcel is picked up.

Please allow:
**1 – 2 working days for Auckland deliveries
**1 – 2 working days for North Island deliveries
**2 – 3 working days for South Island deliveries
**1 day after dispatch for Australia deliveries

Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries and mention your RD number when placing your order.

Note:
**Courier services may be delayed during public holidays and the Christmas period, so please allow a few extra working days for delivery.
**Courier delays are out of Ulan’s control.

Shipping Charges:
We can deliver to any mainland New Zealand physical address. (This excludes the Chatham Islands & Stewart Island – please contact us for freight options.)
**$5.00 Courier Delivery New Zealand-wide
**$15.00 Delivery Australia (please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries)
** Free shipping on NZ orders over $60 and Australian orders

International Orders:
We ship to most countries using DHL. Simply select your country of destination when you place your order.
Be sure to include a physical address and phone number.

How long does shipping take for overseas orders?
International shipping times are subject to change but following dispatch, shipping times are usually as follows:

Asia: 3-5 working days
USA: 4-5 working days
Europe: 5-6 working days
Other countries: approximately one week

**Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch after you have placed your order.
**We will advise you in the event that your order is delayed. Rural addresses may have longer delivery times.
**All orders are tracked, but we accept no liability for orders lost in transit.

Will I have to pay customs and import charges?
**If there are any, yes. To avoid any unexpected costs, we highly recommend checking your local tariffs and customs charges before you place your order. These can vary from country to country. Ulan does not accept liability for any taxes or charges that an order may incur upon arrival into any destination.
**It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any items purchased are not prohibited or restricted within the delivery destination. We will not refund, replace, or accept responsibility for any costs related to, or resulting from, the importation or confiscation of any part of your order by your country’s authorities.
**If your order is sent back to us by your country’s authorities and remains in new, resalable condition when we receive it, we will be able to refund you the value of the order, excluding any postage costs we have incurred.

Returns

Should your order not be suitable, we will happily provide an exchange or credit voucher subject to the following conditions
**Contact is made with ULAN NZ within 7 days of delivery
**Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery
**The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased

**The above does not apply to clearance items, which are not returnable. Exchanges are to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.
**Breastfeeding items and bottles are not refundable if you change your mind due to hygiene reasons. We cannot exchange any breastfeeding items.
**We are not able to provide refunds if you change your mind.
