Terms & Conditions of Park N Parcel

These General Terms & Conditions shall apply to each and all the Services whenever applied for or provided to the Customer, in addition to any Specific Service Terms & Conditions, except to the extent, if any, expressly excluded in the Specific Service Terms & Conditions, provided that:
** in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provision of the Specific Service Terms& Conditions and any provision of these General Terms & Conditions, the provision of the Specific Terms & Conditions shall prevail; and
** all rights conferred on Park N Parcel under these General Terms & Conditions with respect to any matter or event shall be additional to the rights conferred on Park N Parcel under the Specific Terms & Conditions with respect to that matter or event.

Services :
1 Park N Parcel reserves the right to refuse to offer any Service to any Customer without having to assign any reason for such refusal.
2 Park N Parcel shall perform the Services in accordance with the service levels set out in the relevant Specific Service Terms & Conditions.
3 The Customer shall comply with the Specific Service Terms & Conditions

Charges and Payment :
1 In consideration of Park N Parcel’s provision of any Service, the Customer shall pay to Park N Parcel the Charges.
2 Park N Parcel may at any time review the Charges, and any new Charges so specified by Park N Parcel shall apply from such date as Park N Parcel may notify the Customer in writing.

3 Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Park N Parcel reserves the right to revise the Charges without prior notice as a result of:
a. any approval, order, direction, determination, requirement, laws, regulations or procedures imposed by any governmental or regulatory authorities or the Authority; and/or
b. surcharges relating to fuel, security, conveyance costs or any other costs arising from situations beyond the reasonable control of Park N Parcel.

4 In the event the Customer requires Park N Parcel to present its invoices or to allow payment of its invoices via electronic means, the Customer shall bear all charges incurred, including all third party charges, if any.
5 Payments are paid in Singapore Dollars.
6 All payments for Charges must be:
a. paid by Credit card,
b. accompanied by such information as is reasonably required by Park N Parcel to properly allocate payments received.

FAQ on Park N Parcel

1. What are the maximum weight/dimensions allowed for my parcel?
Parcels can weigh up to 8kg, with total dimensions (L+B+H) not exceeding 100cm. Feel free to contact us directly should you have specific requests.

2. When does Park N Parcel deliver?

Park N Parcel conducts deliveries from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 10pm

3. Where can Park N Parcel deliver to?

Park N Parcel delivers locally, island-wide for eCommerce businesses of certain scales and product categories.

Restricted Areas : Changi Airport (Transit & Departure Area), Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) Off-island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island and overseas deliveries.

4. How do I check on my parcel status?
tracking.parknparcel.com or you may check for your customers tracking number under ‘Order History’ on your dashboard.

5. Do I have to print out a label?
Yes, you will need to print out the label beforehand. We are fully automating the delivery Process to make the tracking more accurate and less prone to errors. Do note that our Parker Points will not be able to help to print, or provide packing materials.

6. How should I best package my products?
Let us guide you through with our proper packaging guidelines from packing methods suitable for transit to sealing and labelling.

7. What does Park N Parcel not deliver?

9. The parcel is in good condition but the item received is damaged?
Contact us at our Facebook Messenger or support[AT]parknparcel.com.sg with details and proof of damage and we will investigate. We will not be liable for loss/damage of items due to poor packaging.

Please kindly contact the shop that you have purchased from.
