How to Track Patchee Order?
You can track the status of your order online at Patchee. Follow the below steps
Steps :

Step-2 : Enter your order number / contact number / tracking ID
Step-3 : Click on “Search Order” Button.

** Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track and a detailed order information page will be displayed.
** Click on order number to view detailed tracking information.
** You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery.
** Please estimate 7 – 10 business days from the time your order has been placed.
Order Statuses:
Cancelled : Your Order has been cancelled due to some reason.
Order Placed : Your order is placed successfully and our Customer Service will do the confirmation within 24 hours of order placement.
Order Confirmed : Your order is now confirmed and our warehouse is preparing your order for shipping
Order Shipped : Your order has been assigned and handed over to courier for delivery
Order Delivered : Your order has been delivered to the mentioned shipping address
Products Reviewed : You have rated our products according to your experience
Refunded / Returned : Your order has been returned to Patchee / You have got the refund against your returned order
How To Register Complaint for Patchee?
1. Enter your Order number / Contact no / Tracking No. of delivered parcel in “Order Tracking”
2. Select the order you want to complaint against by clicking “complaint button”
3. Select the complaint type (Damaged Product, Incomplete Order, need to exchange, want to return)
4. Select the relevant products against which you want to submit complaint
5. Select Reason of relevant complaint type from drop down box
6. Enter the complaint notes in the text box
7. Upload the attachment of relevant evidence against which complaint has to be submitted (Invoice, Product image, box image etc.)
8. Click on submit complaint in order to receive your Complaint no. for further tracking
9. Once submitted our agent will contact you in 24 working hours to verify your complaint for further process
Patchee Exchange & Refund Policy
Exchange/Return :
After receiving the product if you find your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, you may raise a complaint in thepatchee.lk/complaint/complaintPortal. Request must be raised within 48 hours with invoice.
Non return/refund claim:
1.As your products are shipped from abroad, products once purchased will not be exchanged or returned if the buyer changes the mind or does not like the smell, texture, color, design or size of the product.
Valid Reason to return:
1.Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically worn-out or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on).
2.Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
3.Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color or expired).
4.Delivered product does not match product description or picture (i.e. product is not as advertised).
Conditions for Returns:
1.The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
2.The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
3.The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the Patchee packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging / box.
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.
Refund time:
Once submitted complaint after validation customer will get refund within 7 working days.

What if I want to return or replace my order after I have received it?
To return or replace your order you should inform us with a valid reason within 72 hours after delivery. You will need to follow the complete process of returns and replace method. To know more about Returns and replace take a brief look at the Exchange & refund policy.
What are your delivery charges?
Rs. 50 inside Colombo, Rs. 100 Delivery charges all across Sri Lanka.
What is delivery time?
Delivery time for Global items is 10-15 days and for in hand items is 4-5 days.
Are delivery times same for all parts of the country?

How reliable is your delivery service?
We deliver through multiple courier services to make sure you get your parcel safely and on time.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
It is well ensured that your order will not be lost or damaged. However, if such instance takes place, you will receive a full refund on your order. The Patchee takes complete responsibility of such matters.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that orders may take up to 3 full business days to process in our warehouse before shipping. Therefore, orders with standard shipping may take from 3 to 7 business days to arrive and the orders from our Global Collection can take up to 10-15 days. Do you have limits on how much product I can order?
There is no limit on that.
How can I update my order?
Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes to it. This includes updates to shipping information as well as product selections. Please be sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

Why is my order incomplete?
Items missing from your order may have been out of stock. If a product has a price of 0.00 on your final invoice, it was unavailable during order fulfillment and you were not charged for it. Please contact customer service +94 74 030 2345.
