How To Track Supersports Order Status?

Track By Order Number :
Users can track order by simply click Track Your Orders on header bar. Insert purchasing email and order number and click TRACK ORDER button.

Track Latest Order For Logged-In Users :
Logged-in users can track their latest orders by clicking on the Track Your Orders menu in the header bar and selecting the number of their latest order.

Track All Order For Logged-In Users :
Logged-in users can track all orders by clicking on the My Orders option in the profile menu. Once the My Orders page appears, users can view order statuses by selecting View Details or by using the tracking number to track delivery status through a third-party logistics partner.

Meaning of Order Status
Payment : On payment process
Processing : Pick and pack by seller or warehouse
Ready to ship : Parcel packed, waiting logistics partner to pick up
Shipping : Parcel picked up by logistics partner & delivery to customer
Completed : Delivered

How To Return?

If you receive the product, but it is not a perfect fit for you or if the product found to be damaged or if you receive a totally different product from what you order, don’t worry we got you covered! You can return the product by completing these 3 simple steps
1.Please fill in the online return form here
2.We will contact you via email or phone call after receiving your return request
3.Please send back the product with receipt in 100% full condition
*If the product passes warehouse inspection procedure, we will proceed the refund process*

Ways to return the item?
There are 3 ways in which you can return the item depending on your return reason
1. Parcel Delivery: Customers bear shipping fee
Send the package to below address:

2. Click & Collect: Return the item(s) at any of our stores free of charge
** Drop the item(s) at Click & Collect point of any Supersports stores.

3. Knock Door Service
: We will retrieve the item(s) at your doorstep free of charge
** For your information: knock-door return service could be done only if specific terms and conditions are met. This means that your return reasons should be either one of these followings
a) Defective item
b) Wrong item received
c) Wrong size received
d) Wrong measurement on website
e) Items look different from the website

** After submitting online form, you will receive an email from us requesting for additional information or item pictures which you wish to return. We will consider the case and confirm back to you.
** If your return case does not meet knock-door service criteria, you can still return the item(s) by parcel delivery or drop off at Click & Collect point at any of our Superports store

How can I select the payment method for my order?
You can select your payment method directly at the checkout page, by clicking on “Change Payment”

How can I remove items at the checkout page?
Go to the “Place and review order” section at the checkout page and simply click on the “X” button in the bottom right corner of the item you wish to remove.

How can I have a hard-copy of my tax invoice for my purchased order?
Yes, You can choose to request for a tax invoice when you are checking out your order under “REVIEW AND SECTION PLACE ORDER”

How long does it take to receive my order?

During this temporary situation, please expect to receive your order :
BKK Metro Area: 1-3 working days
Up Country Area: 2-4 days
Remark:
** During public holidays, delivery may take an additional 1-2 working days.
** Deliveries in remote areas can take an extra 2-3 working days.
** Certain items may require time to be assembled, therefore delaying the delivery period.
** Certain items will be shipped directly by supplier.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do. We offer free shipping nationwide if your order over 990 baht. If the order below 990 baht, extra charge delivery fee is 80 baht.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Can I change my delivery address?
Your delivery address cannot be changed for an order that has already been placed. However, you can change your delivery address just before making your order at the checkout page. To do so, just click on the “Delivery Address” bar at the checkout page. We are sorry in any inconveniences.

Why I receive only paper for my exercise machine?
You may receive the purchase order confirmation document before your actual product arrive. Don’t worry! Your product is on the way. We recommend you keep the document as the evidence for receiving the product.

Installation Fee for exercise machine or other applied products

The products delivered by our seller partners might have additional installation and delivery fee. The fee will be collected directly from our seller partners at delivery date.
