1. How do I place an order?
** You start by selecting a desired item and add shopping basket.
** Every item is priced individually, you will then be directed to select a payment option of your choice from a list.
** After successful payment, your order will be transmitted to us for delivery to your desired address.
2. How do I pay for products?
** We accept Mpesa,credit cards,bank transfers,cheques.
** In the event you pay by cheque or banker’s draft, delivery will be done once they have been cleared.

Yes, you receive an invoice through the email address provided in your account details
4. Can I pay a deposit?
Yes, you can pay a 50% deposit at the showroom to reserve an item for a limited period of time, this is not available for online purchases.
5. Where do you deliver?
** We deliver countrywide. Delivery within Nairobi is free of charge.
** For any other location delivery charge will be advised on a case by case depending with the location and product category.
6. Can I suggest a day or time for delivery?
** With limited storage facilities, we strive to service all orders as swiftly as possible.
** We would appreciate you accepting delivery on the same basis.
7. What happens if I am not around during delivery?
** All deliveries need to be signed for by you or your assigned person, if both of you are unavailabe, we will be unable to leave the item and it will be returned to our distribution facility.
** We will call you to arrange a further delivery date at an extra delivery charge.

9. How do I know availability of a specific item that is not on the website?
** Kindly email or call us and we will be glad to respond accordingly.
