Skechers Online Return Policy
** If you’re not happy with your Skechers Online purchase for any reason, you may return unworn/defective item within 15 days of shipment for a refund.
** To initiate the return, please contact our customer service.
** Please note that shipping charges & Return charges are not refundable.
** The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
** Your refund will only include the cost of the item and tax only, unless otherwise specified with Skechers customer service.
Refund Process & Information:
** Skechers Online processes most returns within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse.
** You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
** Please make sure that the item for returning is in a condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact.
