Payment & Payment Method :
** This site currently uses N-Genius online payments. Our third-party payments processor accepts payments by means of 3D secure payments which include VISA, Mastercard.
** For orders or sales done on the website the funds will be deducted at the time of the order.

Shipping and Delivery:
Dispatch: NamPost will endeavour to dispatch an order within 2-7 business days of receiving that order.

Delivery Timeframes :
Standard Domestic Delivery Timeframes within Namibia: NamPost will endeavour to deliver an orders within 3-10 business days from order dispatch where you have specified a delivery address, You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to collect.

International Delivery Timeframes:
** The delivery time for international orders is typically 10+ business days. Estimated delivery times are between metro areas of major cities. Excludes any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of NamPost control.
** We will endeavour to fulfil your order within the time specified in the Delivery Standards, except: where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided; when incorrect payment details, including credit card details, are supplied; where correct credit card details are supplied but funds are not approved; where we believe the order to be fraudulent; or where cleared funds through your nominated payment method have not been received.
** In the event that you supply incorrect payment or delivery details, NamPost will take all reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details that you have provided.
** If your supplied contact details are incorrect, NamPost will not be held responsible for not fulfilling your order, nor for being unable to advise you that this is the case.

Returns and Refunds:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as that used for your original purchase.

Can I also open funeral cover for my children or someone else on my SmartCard?
No, only the owner of the SmartCard can be covered on the SmartCard.

Can I do internet banking using the SmartCard?
No you cannot do internet banking on the SmartCard account.

Can I pay double the premium and get covered for N$5000.00?
No, the only current cover is N$4000.00 (effective from 1 December 2012), at a monthly cost of N$9.99.

Can I pay with my SmartCard at shops/merchants?
Yes, you can buy with the SmartCard at all the 151 registered merchants throughout Namibia.

Can I register a debit order from my SmartCard to my investment?
No, currently it cannot be done other than a manual transfer which is possible.

Can I transfer money from my SmartCard to other banks?
Yes it can be done.

Can I use my SmartCard to withdraw at merchants?
Yes, but only if the particular merchant allows it. Most merchants only allows customers to pay with the SmartCard but not necessarily to withdraw cash.

Can my salary be paid into the SmartCard?
Yes it can.
