My name is incorrect on my booking. Do I need to pay to change it?
** Name correction is only allowed on a conditional basis where it needs editing of names and adding the correct spelling as it appears in the travel document of passengers.
** Name title amendment will be at NO FEE
Name correction for 1-3 characters is allowed for:-
** 1 character in the Last Name column and;
** Maximum 2 characters in the First Name; Which would total up to a maximum of 3 characters (1+2)
** Allowed before ticket issuance at no charge
** Allowed after ticket issuance with a name correction fee of MYR50 or equivalent amount in other local currencies and applicable Service Tax (ST) if any
** Name correction for above 3 characters or other than 1+2 characters as per item (2)
** Allowed before ticket issuance at no charge
** Allowed after ticket issuance with a name correction fee of MYR150 or equivalent amount in other local currencies and applicable Service Tax (ST) if any.
** If you wish to make changes to your booking, please call our Global Customer Contact Centre on 1 300 88 3000 (within Malaysia) or +603 7843 3000 (outside Malaysia).

How much is my free baggage allowance?

** The above applies to all bookings made from the respective effective date onwards. For bookings made prior to the effective date, the free baggage allowance as per passengers’ tickets will be honoured.
** Infant with Economy Lite is entitled to 10 kg FBA and a standard of 10 kg for other purchased fare brands on all Cabins
** You can check-in as many pieces of baggage as you need, as long as the total weight does not exceed the maximum baggage allowed for your cabin class. Apart from the FBA given, passengers are also entitled to a Cabin Baggage Allowance.
** Cabin baggage is carried and stowed by passengers within the aircraft cabin, in the overhead stowage bin. Please note that this baggage is within the control, care and custody of passengers at all times throughout the flight.
** In addition to cabin baggage, passengers may also carry the following additional Items onboard for free of charge subject to terms and conditions.
** If passengers’ baggage exceeds the free baggage allowance, the relevant excess baggage charges may be applied. Passengers may also opt to purchase prepaid baggage in advance of their travel.
