Delivery Policy of Macfarlane Order

The Delivery Policy of Macfarlane Order are given below,
** For the purposes of this section “a Working Day” is defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday excluding public holidays in Ireland.
** Delivery is restricted to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
** Back Orders where stock is not available.
** The courier will attempt delivery three times.
** After this it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange the delivery or collect the order from their local depot.
** A delivery handling charge of €9.99 or €5.99 will be charged on all orders with a total value less than €100 (excluding VAT).
** A delivery handling charge of €5.99 (excluding VAT) will be charged on all orders with a total value more than €100 (excluding VAT) for next business day delivery and no charge for 3 working days delivery.
** No handling charge will be charged on any orders with a total value more than €150.
** All delivery dates are estimates only and the Company will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.

** If the Customer fails to receive the goods on the quoted delivery date the Company reserves the right to store the goods until the Customer can receive or collect the goods and charge all reasonable expenses relating to storage and additional costs of delivery to the Customer.
** Title to the goods will only pass to the Customer on receipt of payment in full of the price of the goods including all relevant taxes and delivery costs.
** The Company reserves the right to repossess goods in the Customer’s possession if payment is not made in full.

Delivery times : Our couriers deliver between 8.00am and 5.30pm. We are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery by the courier.
