To Track Your Havaianas Order, the procedure are given below
**Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
**The email will be sent to the email address you used to place the order.
**Upon receiving the tracking email, you can track your delivery by visiting the Australia Post website and entering the tracking number into the query field located at the top of the page.

1. We want you to be 100% happy with your new Havaianas!
2. If, for any reason you’re not happy with your online order or have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

**The product is returned in its original packaging with tags attached
