**Our returns and refund policy has been updated.
**Any items listed on our website as “IN STOCK and “Dispatches in 4-5 days” can be cancelled, and/or returned to us for a refund.
**The goods must be returned within 60 days of purchase unused, in original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase

**If the price you paid online happens to be more than the price of an item in store, then the lower price in store will apply.
**If the price you paid online is lower than the price of an item in store, then the lower price will apply.

No, AfterPay is not available as a payment option.

3. Can I cancel my order or return an item?
Yes, you can cancel orders/items either prior to or at collection. You can also return unwanted items to any Dymocks store

4. What happens if I forget to collect my order?
You will receive a reminder message from us and if the order remains uncollected for 21 days we will cancel the order and process a refund. You can contact your nominated store and ask for an extension if necessary.

5. What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
You need to bring photo identification and a copy of your order confirmation. If somebody is collecting on your behalf, they will also need to bring a copy of the order confirmation and ID.
