How to Track Domino’s Pizza Order?
The delivery experts at Domino’s have specifically engineered Domino’s Tracker® to keep you up to date on the status of your order from the moment it’s prepared to the second it leaves our store for delivery. To Track Your Order follow the below steps,

Domino’s Pizza Cancellation & Delivery Policy
Change of Order :
** Customer cannot change his/her order 18 minutes from confirmation with the customer service representative.
** Change of order refers only to adding items to the order. No deduction or removal of items will be allowed. If customer wishes to add additional items in his/her order the customer will have to pay the additional amount through cash payment upon delivery.
** By changing the order, this, this means that the order will no longer arrive within the guaranteed delivery time.
** If the customer would like to add to his/her order after 18 minutes or if the order has left the store, then customer will have to place a new order and meet the minimum delivery fee of Php 300.00 plus our delivery charge of Php 40.00
Cancellation of Order :
Domino’s Pizza reserves the right to reject cancellation of orders beyond the required lead-time, as such:
** If the customer cancels an order 18 minutes before the scheduled delivery/pick-up date, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price or of the actual cost (damage) incurred, whichever is higher; or
** If the customer cancels an order within or 18 minutes of the scheduled delivery/pick-up date, no refund will be made.
** Customer is only given 3 minutes to cancel their order from the time the customer service representative puts down the phone. The order can no longer be cancelled after 3 minutes.
Note: Customers will be charged back by the bank once cancellation is made.
Ordering Methods :
If you choose delivery:
Delivery Now: call to the chosen store immediately to cancel your order
Delivery at the designated time: call to the chosen store to cancel your order 30 minutes before the time your order is delivered
If you choose carry-out:
Carry-out Now: call to the chosen store immediately to cancel your order
Carry-out at the designated time: call to the chosen store to cancel your order 15 minutes before the time your order is picked up
Delivery Policy :
** Customers must order a minimum of Php 300.00 worth of Domino’s Pizza products/packages and will be charged an additional Php 40.00 for delivery.
** Domino’s Pizza has the right to accept or reject orders if the delivery area is not within the Retail Trading Area of our stores.
** All orders will be accepted daily from 10:00 A.M. until 1-hour before store closing. Our lead-time in preparing your order is 30 minutes. 30 minutes will start on the following premises:
i. When the customer service representative confirms your order over the phone.
ii. Once we receive a confirmation of your payment.
** If the recipient is not available once delivery has been made, we will leave the products/packages with any member of the family/close relative or neighbor residing in your area provided he/she could present an authorization letter with a copy of valid ID and email confirmation or transaction number.
** If the customer is not available and no other person is available to receive the product on his/her behalf, no refund will be given because he failed to cancel within prescribed time.
** If our delivery is late is does not mean that the product is free. We can only provide you a free pizza coupon only.
** If there are items missing in the order or order is incomplete, no refund will be given. We will return to you to complete our orders.
