Challenger’s Return policy

The Challenger’s Return policy are given below,
Customers have to return the product with the following conditions

** Faulty product may be retained for testing and diagnosis before an exchange can be carried out.
** The returned items must be with reasonable care, such as not showing wear and tear or damaged box/ packaging.

** In the event with no exchange in the product, a credit voucher may be offered and must be utilized within one month.
** Extension of the expiry date is not permitted.
** If the returnable period has lapsed, customers can proceed to contact the brand’s service centre directly for any repair or warranty claims, if applicable.

** Customers are encouraged to contact the Service Centres first before visiting and bring along the original purchasing receipt/ invoice with the faulty product during your visit.
