CargoBoss Step-By-Step Process In Importing

** Our prices are pro-rated at P9,250/CBM, all-inclusive of customs taxes and fees. For packages below 0.200 CBM, we offer a fixed rate of P1,850. Charges are based on the total CBM multiplied by P9,250.
** Rates include customs taxes, duties, warehouse storage, and documentation fees.
** We also offer free delivery for shipments of 2 CBM or more within 35km away from our Malabon warehouse.

Steps for Ordering and using CargoBoss as your forwarder:
Step 1: Install the Alibaba app or visit Alibaba.com. You may also opt to choose using a different site to source for suppliers. Browse for products you’d like to import. We highly recommend reaching out to at least three suppliers of the same product to compare prices.

Step 2: Request the following details from your chosen supplier for an accurate quotation:
** Item Description
** Box Dimensions (Total CBM)
** Weight (in kilograms)
** Total Number of Boxes
Or simply ask for the Total CBM and Weight
** Once you have this information, send it to CargoBoss for a detailed quote. Then proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Inform your supplier that CargoBoss will be handling your forwarding. Make sure the shipping terms are EXW (Ex Works), meaning the supplier will only ship locally within China. Confirm with your supplier which of our China warehouses (Guangzhou, Yiwu, or Shishi) for sea freight, and (Fujian) for air freight is closest to them to minimize shipping costs.

Step 4: Contact us through our Facebook page to get the address of the nearest China warehouse. Once provided, request the Proforma Invoice (PI) from your supplier. This proforma invoice will include:
Total Price of Items + China Local Shipping Fee to CargoBoss Warehouse
If you’re satisfied with the price, proceed to Step 5.

Step 5: Pay your supplier via Alibaba Trade Assurance using a debit card, credit card, Paymaya Virtual Card, or Gcash Mastercard. For lower transaction fees, you may opt to use our “Pabayad Service” by paying us in PHP, and we’ll handle the payment to your supplier in RMB/CNY via China Bank Transfers, WeChat Pay, or Alipay.
After making your payment, instruct your supplier not to ship the items yet. You’ll need to place a shipping mark/code on the boxes.

Step 6: Visit our website at cargoboss.ph and click “Book A Shipment.” Select your preferred route: Guangzhou to Manila, Yiwu to Manila, Shishi to Manila, or Fujian to Manila. Fill in the necessary details during booking from our website. Once your booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your Unique Order Number. Be sure to review the instructions provided in the email.

Step 7: Share your Unique Order Number (e.g., CBOSS-XXXX) with your supplier and ask them to use it as the shipping mark on all boxes. Request a photo of the boxes with the codes clearly visible. Once your packages are shipped and received at our China warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Your packages will then be transported to our Malabon warehouse within the specified time frame.

It is advisable for the supplier to stick the Unique Order Number Code in a visible and easily identifiable location on each package. Please ensure that every package has its corresponding Unique Order Number Code securely attached.

For instance, if you have multiple packages, each package should bear its own Unique Order Number Code. This ensures clear identification and proper tracking of each individual package throughout the shipment process.

Do you provide door-to-door delivery services?
Yes, we offer complimentary door-to-door deliveries for shipments that are 3CBM and above. This service covers destinations within a 35-kilometer radius from our Malabon Warehouse.
