You can make the following changes to your Shopping Bag:
Update the quantity : To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click “Update Bag”.
Remove an item from your Shopping Bag : To remove an item, click “Remove from Bag” or change the quantity to zero and click “Update Bag”.
Move an item to your Wish List : If there are items in your Shopping Bag that you want to save, but do not wish to purchase immediately, you can move them to your Wish List by clicking on Move to Wish List.
Return to shopping : If you wish to continue shopping on calvinklein.ca , you may click Continue Shopping. You can use the Shopping Bag to store items you wish to purchase. At any time, you can return to your bag by clicking “My Bag” at the top of the page.

** Online returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date. Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 7-14 business days to process. After processing, you will receive the credit within 3-5 business days.
** At this time merchandise orders placed on calvinklein.ca (Canada website) can only be returned by mail.

Return Processing Fee :
** A flat rate cost of return shipping, $9.95 CAD, will be deducted from your refund.
** If your refund is less than $9.95 CAD, the return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed.

Credit :
** Allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
** Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
** Credit for the merchandise returned less a $9.95 CAD return processing fee will be credited back to the original form of payment.
** You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Returns By Mail :
** To return by mail, simply click the START A RETURN button above and follow the instructions listed to receive your pre-paid return label. To ensure your return is properly processed and refund granted, be sure to place both the return slip and unworn items within the return package.
** Your package may not include a paper invoice/packing slip. Your return slip works as your receipt and packing slip. You may access your return slip by following the ‘Start A Return’ link and completing the return prompts.
** No refunds will be made for Final Sale or Custom items purchased or returned.
