The following policy applies to both in-store and online returns:
**Items purchased more than 60 days ago cannot be returned.
**Used items, washed items and items without the original tags/labels attached cannot be returned.
**Gifts cards cannot be returned.
**Masks cannot be returned.
**Personalised items cannot be returned.
**International orders cannot be returned.
**Swimwear without the hygiene sticker attached cannot be returned.
**Non-Bonds hosiery (e.g Voodoo, Kayser, Sheer Relief, Razzamatazz etc) cannot be returned.
**Items purchased from a Warehouse and/or Clearance Sale cannot be returned.

Bonds provides completely free return postage* for all Australian orders. You can also return all orders (including online orders) to your nearest Bonds stores (excluding Bonds Outlet Stores).

1. What is AfterPay?
Afterpay is a payment service which allows flexible payment plans for your online purchases. Purchase your favourite items online today and enjoy the convenience of paying them off after you receive them, in four equal installments over 8 weeks.
2. How Does The Payment Schedule Work?
All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically each fortnight over the remaining 6 weeks. After the first purchase transaction, each further payment will be debited exactly 14 days later, unless voluntary payments are made.
3. I’ve received the wrong item with my order, what can I do?

4. How Does Afterpay Work?
**Add your items to the shopping bag (up to the value of $1000 AUD).
**Select Afterpay as your preferred payment method at check out – when you will be redirected to the Afterpay website.
**Register or log in to your Afterpay account and confirm your payment.
5. How Do I Return An Item Purchased With Afterpay?
You can return your Afterpay purchase to Bonds using our standard online returns procedure or at any Bonds or Bonds Kids store. Click here to read more and request an online return. Once we have received your goods we will notify Afterpay and any further payments will be cancelled. If you have already made one or more payments, the total amount paid will be refunded to the credit/debit card that you used to place the order.
