How to Track Adidas Canada Order?

To Track your Order Adidas Canada, follow the below steps
Steps :
Step-1 : Go to the link https://www.adidas.ca/en/order-tracker
Step-2 : Enter your Email
Step-3 : Select Track an order OR Start an exchange or return
Step-4 : Click on “Continue” Button.
Step-5 : Enter your order number to track your order. You can also log in to track your order directly from your account.
Step-6 : Click on “Continue” Button.

Adidas Exchanges & Returns Process

Free 30-day return window from delivery.
Return Steps :
1. Create your free return.
2. Print your prepaid Purolator return label. (If you are unable to create your return, please try again in a few days. We are working hard to resolve this issue).
3. Securely package your return, attach the label, and drop it off at a Purolator location.
4. Refunds are generally issued within 10 business days of the Purolator drop off.

How many days do I have to return?
We offer free returns within 30 days of your delivery.

How do I return my order?
We will provide a pre-paid Purolator return label. Simply print and place the label on your return package and drop off at the nearest Purolator location. If you don’t have access to a printer, or you are unable to reach a drop off location, chat with us for alternate return options.

How quickly will my return be processed?
We aim to process your return within 10 business days from the time it is dropped off with Purolator using the provided label from adidas.ca. This includes shipping and processing time at our warehouse only. During busy periods, the processing time may be longer. The refund is issued when your return is processed, but it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your original method of payment.

Can I mail back a return using my own label?
We strongly recommend using the prepaid and pre-addressed Purolator label provided by adidas.ca to mail your return. Should you choose to use an alternate carrier, you must contact Customer Service for full instructions and to obtain your unique RA # (Return Authorization). Note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and must return using a traceable method. Any product that is returned without an RA # will be destroyed and will not be refunded. Be sure to keep the tracking number in a safe place until your refund is confirmed. We do not refund any associated shipping costs.

Can I return my online order in-store?
No, our retail stores are not able to accept online returns at this time.

FAQ on Adidas Ordering

Can I cancel my online order?
** We are sorry you want to cancel your order, but we get it – sometimes you change your mind! For this reason, we hold all orders for a period of about 15 minutes after they have been placed to allow time for you to cancel the order for any reason.
** If within the timeframe, the CANCEL button will also be available through the Order Tracker page. Click and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
** Our Customer Service team does not have the ability to cancel or modify an order after the 15-minute time frame.

If you want to change any of the following, we recommend cancelling your order and re-purchasing, as we are unable to edit these details on an existing order:
** Shipping method (Standard or Express)
** Payment details
** Shipping or Billing address
** Item quantity

If you want to cancel your order but the 15-minute window has passed, you can send all or part of your order back once received using our free & easy Returns. You can also refuse your delivery, if possible. Note that if you refuse the delivery, it will be returned to sender (our distribution center), and your refund will be issued once processed by our warehouse.

When will I be able to track my order?

After you receive your shipment confirmation email with your tracking number, it can take up to 24 hours before you are able to track the package online or through the carrier website. This is because your carrier needs to scan your package before you can track it. It can take slightly longer if there’s a weekend in between.

If there is no update or movement on your package by the end of the next business day, please contact us for assistance.

Why can’t I find my order in my order history?
It may be that you placed your order using the Guest Checkout option, and you were not signed in at the time of the purchase. In this case, the order is not associated with a registered account. You can still check the status of your online order by using the Order Tracker.

Be sure to use the email address used on the order. If you paid with PayPal, this may be different than the email associated with your adiClub account. If you paid with ApplePay and have ‘Hide my Email’ enabled, this unique masked email address may have applied to your order.

I did not receive my order confirmation email
Our automated system sends out an order confirmation email once you complete the checkout process. You will generally receive it within minutes, however, it can take up to 30 minutes to reach your inbox in some cases.

If you still haven’t received your confirmation after this time, please follow these tips:
** Check your Junk/Spam mailbox (Add us to your Safe Senders/Contacts list to avoid this issue in the future)
** If you use multiple emails, be sure to check all inboxes
** Note that when paying with PayPal, your notifications may be sent to the email on file with that account, and not the one you entered at checkout
** If you’re a Member, log in to your account to view your Order History. If the order appears, then it was successfully entered in our system. (If you would still like an email confirmation for your records, please contact us to re-send)
** It’s possible you entered the incorrect email address (typo, etc.) if you checked out as a Guest. Please contact us and our team can help you to update your information.
